Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and caring volunteer to assist with preparing and serving breakfast for preschool-aged children. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our students start the day nourished and ready to learn in a safe and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare simple, nutritious breakfasts following provided menus and safety guidelines Assist in serving breakfast to children in a clean, organized manner Maintain proper food handling and sanitation standards Clean up the breakfast area and dishes following meal service Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a calm, supportive mealtime atmosphere Report any food-related concerns or safety issues to the supervisor promptly Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the scheduled hours Enjoy working with young children Valid Food Handler’s Card (required) Basic knowledge of food safety (training provided if needed) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
